Roles Available:  


Operations Graduate

 

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the key responsibilities of the role will include: 

  • Actively participate in Liner Operations activities, while learning the various disciplines and necessary tasks that 
  • collectively ensure an effective operational outcome for the Lines
  • Apply your skills and learnings from university and enhance your understanding of the practical elements
  • Operation department specific calculations, report analysis and distribution

 

 

Sales Graduate

 

  • Reporting to the Sales Director, the key responsibilities of the role will include: 
  • To provide analytical and administrative support to the Sales & trade team, particularly on a statistical basis, in order to assist in reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Analyse vessel profiles & monitor the sales strategies across Australia 
  • Provide Sales support duties, including back up and assistance in all Sales areas and associated activities

 

 

Customer Care Graduate

 

Reporting to the Customer Care Director, the key responsibilities of the role will include: 

  • To understand & contribute towards all activities involved within at least five separate teams within Customer Care: Export Customer Service, Export Service Delivery, Cargo Readiness, Import Customer Service & Dispute & DDSM Desk
  • To be first point of contact for customers within the role 
  • Contributing to the Phone queue system and answering customer calls within provided SLA
  • Working with immediate supervisor towards achieving team & individual KPIs

 

 

Line Commercial Graduate

 

Reporting to the Head of Line Commercial Desk, the key responsibilities of the role will include: 

  • The administration of ANL container demurrage and detention charges in all ANL trade lanes 
  • To ensure the timely preparation / completion of reports, studies and statistical analysis in accordance with departmental requirements and deadlines
  • Assisting with ad hoc reporting and special projects as required 
  • To assist the D&D Analyst with administration of the ANL Detention and Demurrage system in respect of the Asia, NZ, Pacific islands and Australian Coastal trades, including the formulation of recommendations to the ANL line management in respect to any variations in scheduled Detention and Demurrage charges. 
  • Provide sales support, analysis and administrative support to the Project Cargo & Tender Management team
