About the Role: 

Reporting to the GL Accounting Supervisor, the Finance Officer will process AP transactions & payments, process & reconcile all Cash Management Transactions, process AR transactions & assist with debt collection, and responsible for the month-end reconciliations. 


The role and responsibilities will include:


  • Processing Supplier Invoices/credit notes in a timely manner
  • Processing weekly payment, EFT and Credit Card Payments, runs promptly and accurately
  • Liaising with internal Operations team to ensure invoices are approved and passed on for processing
  • Responsibility for the Debtors function, generating debtor statements and maintenance of client files
  • Monitor & follow-up overdue customer accounts
  • Carry out adhoc cash management tasks for the ANL Finance Department

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Degree qualified in Finance / Accounting
  • 1-2 years of direct experience in AP/AR & banking
  • Strong computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Results oriented with analytical and problem solving skills
  • Keen desire to build and develop financial skills in a dynamic multi currency environment within a large multinational organisation
