If your profile matches what we’re looking for, you’ll move to the next stage of the process. A recruiter will contact you to schedule an initial phone or video screening to learn more about your qualifications and motivation.

3. The Interview Process

The interview process at CEVA Logistics is designed to ensure a mutual fit between you and the role. It typically involves three key interactions:

Recruiter Interview: A one-on-one discussion with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to explore your experience, career goals, and fit for the position. You may also be invited to complete an assessment or a behavior test, depending on the role.

Manager Interview: Meet with the hiring manager who will share more about the team, responsibilities, and expectations. This is your opportunity to ask in-depth questions about the role and daily work environment.

HR Interview: Connect with an HR Business Partner who will explain onboarding, contract details, and long-term development opportunities at CEVA.

4. The Job Offer

If you’re selected, you’ll receive a formal job offer that includes the role’s title, salary, start date, and other terms of employment. Your recruiter will be available to answer any questions and guide you through the next steps.
