Requisitos
- Lic Negocios Internacionales, Logistica, Administracion o a fin
- Ingles avanzado
- Experiencia de 3-5 años en posicion similar
- Conocimientos en logistica, almacenaje y distribucion, customer services, gestion y administracion de reportes, supervision de equipos, procedimientos.
Funciones
- Supervisar al personal operativo/administrativo: contratación, capacitación, evaluación y desarrollo.
- Gestionar procesos de cotización, seguimiento, rastreo, entrega y facturación.
- Analizar operaciones de servicio al cliente: tasas de éxito, resolución de problemas, requerimientos de recursos, etc.
- Establecer relaciones efectivas con clientes internos y externos.
- Atender consultas, resolver problemas y asegurar la correcta aplicación de tarifas y pagos.
- Auditar documentación y coordinar con equipos para resolver discrepancias.
- Participar en el desarrollo de proyectos multifuncionales, incluyendo presupuestos y cronogramas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y regulaciones aplicables.
