JOUR ROLE

As a Data Analyst / Process Controller you are responsible for providing support to the operations department, and report to the Customer Service Supervisor. You have a dynamic role in which you may analyze a lot of operational data and provide improvement proposals.

In addition, you support the order release process, and are actively monitoring, signaling and coordinating the order process when the Process Controllers are absent / ill / or on leave. You will work closely with the Operation department and Expedition and of course the Process Controllers and your other colleagues within Customer Service. 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Data Analyst / Process Controller, your main tasks are:

• Analyze operational data (70% of your workload);

• Making suggestions for improvement as a result of your analyses.

• Create, monitor and improve the production plan;

• Compiling reports and identifying issues;

• Backup for the Process Controllers

• Other administrative actions.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

With your analytical insight, you ensure that management and the operation gain insight into bottlenecks and problems. You are the master of data and know how to quickly make a good and understandable overview from a lot of data and draw important conclusions and make recommendations. You understand the need of the customer and are familiar (preferably) with the logistics processes.

You will bring the following knowledge and competencies:

• A completed education minimal on MBO level preferably in logistics;

• Strong analytical skills

• 1 to 2 years of work experience in an analytical role or a super talent graduate

• Fluent in Dutch and English;

• A star in Excel;

• You are flexible in working hours. (most of your days will be normal office hours but when covering for Process Controllers you will need to work in 1 of 2 shifts between 6.00 and 24.00)
