As a Logistics Operations Professional within the Transportation Operations department at CEVA FM Mexico, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising ground domestic logistics activities to ensure seamless delivery and distribution processes in the Monterrey area. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where operational excellence and customer satisfaction are primary goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee ground transportation activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries within domestic routes.
• Manage relationships with carriers and service providers to guarantee compliance with contractual agreements and service level standards.
• Monitor day-to-day transportation operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain smooth service flow.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including warehouse, customer service, and planning departments to align logistics operations with overall company objectives.
• Implement process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing reliability within ground transportation services.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to transportation operations.
• Analyse transportation data and generate reports for management to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Support the adoption of technology and systems that improve operational visibility and control.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and company policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in logistics and transportation operations, preferably within domestic ground freight environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation to support operational decisions.
• Demonstrable commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance within transport operations.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving operational demands and challenges.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is desirable to facilitate communication in our multicultural environment.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation will be considered an asset.
