YOUR ROLE

 

Participate in the commercial development of CEVA Logistics by managing a client portfolio, targeted prospecting, and operational follow-up while adhering to our quality and safety standards.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Be the main point of contact for the client and act as a local liaison for key accounts.

  • Build and maintain a network of relationships (lobbying).

  • Coordinate the company’s various contacts with the client and direct them to the appropriate entity.

  • Listen to and demonstrate interest and availability in response to client requests.

  • Explain and justify the company's constraints that may cause inconvenience to the client.

  • Collect and record client feedback or complaints while preserving the company’s interests (delivery times, etc.).

  • Assist clients in choosing a solution or resolving an issue.

  • Present and enhance the company’s image with clients.

  • Lead internal meetings.

  • Calm anxious or aggressive clients and defuse delicate situations.

  • Set contact and commercial follow-up deadlines (follow-ups, price increases, meetings, etc.).

Business Development:

  • Grow your portfolio by carrying out targeted prospecting actions within a defined geographical area.

  • Develop a weekly visit schedule according to the objectives set.

  • Detect and exploit optimization sources or business development opportunities with clients and/or prospects.

  • Question, analyze, and interpret the needs and specifics of the client and/or prospect.

  • Assess the technical, commercial, and financial feasibility of a client and/or prospect’s needs and requests.

  • Develop and adapt a commercial offer to meet the client and/or prospect's needs and the competition's proposals.

  • Negotiate commercial offer terms and contract clauses with clients.

  • Set commercial conditions related to payment terms (credit limits, payment deadlines, etc.).

  • Prepare quotes based on predefined criteria.

  • Offer complementary services and additional offerings to clients.

  • Intervene in collection operations.

  • Analyze the profitability of the client portfolio and implement corrective and/or development actions.

Data Management and Activity Reporting:

  • Prepare client reports.

  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of client data.

  • Report major commercial issues and dysfunctions to management.

  • Communicate activity results on a monthly basis.

  • Keep commercial data and client files up to date according to internal procedures, standards, and databases.

ADDITIONAL MISSIONS:

  • Detect events or environmental changes that affect the area of activity.

  • Detect the economic and financial developments of clients.

  • Conduct prospective studies related to the area of activity.

  • Apply and/or enforce hygiene and safety rules, suggesting improvements to preserve health, safety, and the environment.

  • Contribute to the security of assets and personnel and the continuity of operations by ensuring the proper application of CEVA LOGISTICS security policies, as well as preventive and corrective measures.

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

 

  • Degree: BAC+2 – DUT or BTS (2nd year)

  • Field of Study: Business, with an interest in transportation (a plus)

We are looking for a profile comfortable in the commercial environment, with a strong mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and fluent in English. The ideal candidate must be confident, structured, organized, and mobile, with a strong ability to adapt.

Humility, good interpersonal skills, strong commitment, and perseverance are essential qualities. A valid driver's license is mandatory, as the site is poorly served by public transport.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage priorities rigorously, demonstrate dynamism and initiative, and have a strong drive for commercial challenges, with a strong results-oriented focus. Their analytical thinking, ability to synthesize information, and interpersonal skills will enable them to work effectively with teams and partners and integrate quickly into a stimulating environment
