Für unseren Standort in Großbeeren suchen wir zum 01.08.2026 einen Auszubildenden für Digitalisierungsmanagement (m/w/d)  

Deine lerninhalte während der Ausbildung: 

• Einsatz im Warehouse-Managementsystem Team, vorrangig im Change-Management.
• Prozesse vereinheitlichen und digitalisieren.
• Kommunikation zu Stakeholdern.
• Prozessdarstellungen lesen und erstellen.
• Digitale Lösungen finden & Digitalisierungsprojekte umsetzen.
• Datenanalyse und- verwaltung.

Das wünschen wir uns: 

• Guter Realschulabschluss oder (Fach-)Abitur.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Zertifikat).
• Kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse.
• Strukturiertheit, Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft.
• Organisatorische Fähigkeiten & Technikaffinität.
