YOUR ROLE
To manage and provide guidance related to all aspects of HR management and development for Thailand entity in order to build high performance team and drive smooth running of the operations in support of business growth in APAC Region.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
1. Gives advice and supports relevant parties in all areas of HR management, especially when tendering for and implementing new businesses, in order to optimize the process and meet the expected timeline.
2. Partners with management team to facilitate discussions on people review and succession planning to build sustainable business development and support future growth.
3. Oversee local C&B function and process in line with the local market competitiveness, including cluster and global guidelines in order to attract and retain high performers.
4. Oversees and improves continuously recruitment process with effectiveness and timeliness of new hire induction program across all sites and stations in order to ensure quick adaptation to work environment and engagement with CEVA.
5. Assesses the need for staff training requirements in order to design appropriate programs to develop staff performance and their career growth.
6. Promotes positive work environment and relationships between with employees at all levels and with the welfare committee, labor unions, demonstrating awareness of their different needs and backgrounds.
7. Reviews and prepares HR budget which includes manpower planning, C&B and merit/salary reviews, and HR engagement activities in collaboration with Finance.
8. Provides regular feedback, coaching and establish development plan for employees to ensure they are well-equipped with required knowledge, skills and ability to perform their roles and develop their own career growth.
9. Performs other functions and projects as necessary or as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Business Management or related field.
· Minimum 5-8 year as senior management in multinational companies.
· Solid understanding and knowledge of Human Resources Management.
· Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, HR, leadership technique, operation methods and coordination of people and resources.
· Ability to manage a high performance team.
· Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgement and discretion in handling confidential materials and matters.
· Ability to facilitate business discussions in management meetings and give advice related to HR.
· MS office program proficiency
· Excellent listening, effective oral and written communication and coaching skills in both English and local language.
· Good Interpersonal skill with ability to manage relationship with different groups / levels of people to establish rapport and trust.
