YOUR ROLE

To play a leading role in serving and developing accounts assigned through account management, retention and penetration in order to meet the sales budget and profitability secured objectives.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Identifies, analyzes and explores business opportunities within assigned account.
  • Secures the profitability of assigned accounts, in accordance with sales targets.
  • Cooperates with global sales team to define the country business opportunities and develops competitive pricing strategies for new and existing businesses.
  • Consults and works directly with management and subordinate team in regard to regional establishment and implementation, local business development and direction of revenue goal achievement, in accordance with sales business plan.
  • Develops and maintains good relationship with customers to ensure that customer satisfaction is being properly maintained.
  • Ensures customer services and all operational levels have been appropriately established following the SOP in order to meet customer expectations.
  • Reviews global customer contracts and ensures that contracts are renewed as required. 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (B.A. Marketing, Industrial, Logistics or any related field)
  • Account Management Experience in freight forwarding/logistics field
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Basic skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Business English level skills both written and verbal
