YOUR ROLE

Coordinating, managing and monitoring the day-to-day operations of shipment tasks related via sea, ensuring efficient and timely movement of goods include handling documentation liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders and various parties, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Received pre-alert document from customer / co-loader, carrier.
• Create B file in CW1 System.
• Check status of shipment + free time demurrage + destination with carrier and then update to concern parties.
• Request invoice from carrier to issue PV from CW1 to Finance team to issue cheque or payment transfer to carrier /co-loader
• Assigned messenger to pick up D/O by prepare letter to exchange D/O with require document.
• Updating shipment status, ETA, date to release a delivery order to customer.
• Update event in CW1.
• Preparing payment to exchange with a delivery order from shipping line.
• Creating PV, input cost in CW1 System and Creating Cover Sheet send to broker team.
• Once D/O on hand prepare set of D/O send to broker team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, transportation, engineering or logistics management.
• Worked in Shipping line, Customs broker, International Multi Module Transportation Company at least 3 years
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the import process, export process and working environment, including the related customs systems/applications.
• Knowledge of Thai Customs rule & law relevant to the procedure of Importation & Exportation goods into / from Thailand
• Operating in a both a team and individual contributor environment.
• Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language skills: Good command in Thai & English as second language
