YOUR ROLE
Support the development and implementation of Safety, Occupational health and Environmental practices to ensure alignment to Thai's laws, client requirements and Corporate HSE Thailand requirements.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
QHSE
- Ensure work activities comply with the related HSE legislation and other relevant requirement.
- Assist in planning, implementation and maintain of Bollore’s QHSE Management System in accordance with International Standard system and customer’s requirement.
- Assist with safety program implementation at the workplace towards safety culture development.
- Lead the contractors in the implementation of Company's safety systems.
- Liaise closely with Employee / Manager /Government Regulatory Authorities on all EHS Matters.
- Conduct periodically safety inspection and audit at workplace.
- Carry out incident investigations and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Inspect and rectify any unsafe practices and conditions at workplace.
- Maintain and update safety related documentations / records.
- Conduct Safety training and/or briefing to staff
- Assist to organize the campaign and safety program to raise safety awareness.
- Support and communicate our CSR and sustainability initiatives.
- Assist to organize monthly Safety Committee meeting (s).
- Participate in the preparation for Audit and follow up on the actions needed from the audit findings.
- Coordinate Implementation of Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans.
- Support customer audit document and site survey.
- Take on any safety related, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Safety officer in professional certificate is required.
- Deep understand Thai Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental and relevant laws.
- Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 are essential. Special considerations will be given for knowledge in the other international standard requirement.
- Works well under pressure with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to work in other Warehouse and Logistics sites/branches.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Be able to communicate in English literacy.
