YOUR ROLE: The primary role involves managing tariffs and rates, ensuring their accuracy, maintenance, and proper integration into a standardized system. It also includes responsibilities related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? You will be responsible for:

• Securing the daily maintenance of tariffs and rates.
• Collecting, challenging, and validating rates from local entities.
• Ensuring the correct translation of tariffs and rates into a standard template.
• Verifying accurate and on-time upload of tariffs and rates.
• Conducting continuous improvement for tariff and rate processes.
• Participating in internal standard procedure setup for QHSE.
• Maintaining acceptable Health, Safety, and Environmental risk levels.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in Freight Forwarding and Data Management.
• Good understanding of FFW related rates structures (Purchase and Sales).
• Intermediate level Excel skills.
• Ability to manage and understand Bollore Logistics Business Process in CW1.
• Capability of fitting local rates structure into standard template.
• Analytical, objective, optimistic, receptive, collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of Cargo Wise One TMS solution and its Auto-rating functionality (a plus).
