Customer Service Administrator Greater China

YOUR ROLE
This role supports the FVL Customer Service Manager, Greater China, and is primarily responsible for supervising and managing daily operations related to dispatch, tracking, and customer service for international transportation projects. The goal is to achieve operational objectives—such as revenue growth, cost control, and customer satisfaction—and to deliver excellent service to the business team and stakeholders.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Coordinate with domestic and foreign main engine plants and customers on vehicle import and export shipment matters on Roro.
- Helping the team to solve various problems in operations
- Responsible for tracking and updating the information flow of booking, international segment in transit, customs clearance, etc. for all import and export projects
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the vehicle logistics transportation system
- Follow SOP and process shipment in regard with both routing orders and ad-hoc request from customers
- Manage supplier reconciliation and payment requests
- Execute necessary operation initiatives and projects to support the Operation Manager in achieving Company/business objectives
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor degree or above
- International trade, supply chain management, automotive, business, English majors preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel advanced)
- Analytical and business process driven
- Ability to distance him/herself from current operational reality and to envision a future situation
- Ability to integrate tactics and drive process improvements
- Able to work in a matrix organization and in an international environment
- Overtime and occasional business trip are required according to business need
- Fluent in English, additional knowledge of other languages are beneficial
- Presentation and cross-functional communication skills
- Detail-oriented and multi-tasks processing
- Accept working in different time zone in peak seasons
- Active business development mindset
