YOUR ROLE

 

We are looking for a passionate and strategic HR Business Partner to join our HR team based in Brunna and drive business success through people-centered strategies. This is an independent role where you will support first-line managers with HR procedures.

 

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, supporting and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will play a key role in employee engagement, performance management, talent development, organizational design, and culture building.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

The role includes all typical HR tasks such as recruitment, conducting annual HR processes such as Goal setting, Performance Review, Talent Review. It also includes supporting, coaching and challenging managers in their leadership but also in daily life, such as labour law issues, individual cases and rehabilitation. Leading and facilitating certain educational initiatives as well as running and participating in various projects are also part of the role. You will also be involved in various initiatives in areas such as Diversity & Inclusion and other engagement activities.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

To be successful in the role you will be have proven experience of coaching and supporting managers at different levels in all HR related issues. As a person, you are communicative and coaching with an ability to challenge and drive changes in the business with a pedagogical approach. You will have a Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour legislation with proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
