Sales Development Senior Expert - Mexico

Join our innovative team at CEVA FM Mexico as a Sales Development Senior Expert. This role is pivotal in advancing our business goals and enhancing our client relationships within our Logistics - Business Development unit.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Senior Expert, you will operate under the Business Development Transverse division, focusing on driving sales strategies that effectively support our Cross Sell and Upsell initiatives. Your expertise will help shape our sales approach, ensuring we engage with clients at all levels to present tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities in the logistics sector.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices to drive overall team success.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Utilise CRM tools to track sales progress and customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and effective reporting.
