Sales Development Specialist – Mexico

Join CEVA A&O Mexico as a Sales Development Specialist within our dynamic Business Development team. This role, located in the vibrant Alcaldía Benito Juárez area, is instrumental in driving our logistics services for air and ocean operations.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships that contribute to CEVA's growth strategy. Your contribution is vital in expanding our customer base and ensuring that our logistics solutions meet the evolving demands of the market. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders in our Business Development department, leveraging your sales acumen and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new business opportunities through research and outreach, using innovative strategies to engage prospects.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop targeted sales campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
  • Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring regular follow-ups and progress updates.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, enhancing our service offerings.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals, articulating the value of our logistics services effectively.
  • Foster and nurture client relationships, providing exceptional support from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies that align with our business objectives.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proactive approach to developing new business avenues. You will be a self-starter, with the following skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the logistics or transportation sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, allowing you to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • A results-oriented mindset, complemented by a strong commitment to achieving targets.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly desirable, given our diverse client base.
