YOUR ROLE

As a Methods and Process Apprentice, you will support the Regional Methods and Process Coordinator in deploying Lean Management methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Muda, DMAIC, etc.). You will assist logistics sites in applying Lean standards and tools by contributing to process analysis and the implementation of improvement plans. You will also be involved in creating and adapting reporting tools, monitoring action plans with operational teams, and continuously seeking optimization levers to enhance operational performance and profitability.

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSIONS BE?

• Support the Regional Methods and Process Coordinator in deploying Lean Management methodologies (5S, Muda, Kaizen, DMAIC, Process Analysis, Gemba).

• Assist the sites within the scope in deploying our Lean standards and tools.

• Create, adapt, or reuse reporting and activity analysis tools.

• Contribute to the profitability of projects.

• Challenge and analyze processes, then implement improvement proposals.

• Monitor action plans with operations teams.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Logistics and Supply Chain, the ideal candidate has the following technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including the ability to create and use pivot tables, as well as good knowledge of Power BI, Google Forms, and data processing tools.

• Has an intermediate to fluent level of English, enabling them to understand technical documentation and write simple content in English.

• Possesses strong analytical skills, communicates effectively, and demonstrates proactivity, curiosity, and dynamism. Autonomous and field-oriented, the candidate adapts well to varied environments and interacts smoothly and constructively with teams.

• A vehicle is mandatory, although the Compans site is accessible by public transport. Regular travel within the region is expected (about once a week), as well as occasional travel across France (about once a month).
