Apprenticeship for the Citizen development unified program.

 

We are a dynamic IT DD BI & Advanced Analytics – Business solutions/Process Automation team dedicated to driving innovation and fostering a global community of citizen developers. Our mission is to empower CEVA Logistics employees to create impactful solutions through different technologies (BI, RPA, Apps creation, LLM…). We are looking for a motivated apprentice to join our team and support our global unified citizen development program.

 

You will work closely with our citizen development team, composed of two senior managers based in Europe and APAC. One of them will be your mentor, guiding you through your apprenticeship journey.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Program Rollout: Assist in the rollout of the global unified citizen development program.
  • Adoption and Community Management: Drive adoption of the program and help to manage the community of citizen developers.
  • Event Organization: Help organize events and training programs to promote citizen development.
  • Evangelism: Develop strategies to evangelize the benefits of citizen development (collect success stories).
  • Recognition and Reward Program: Think creatively about and implement a recognition and reward program for top citizen developers.
  • Content Creation: Develop content for social media and Teams channels. Collect feedback and manage surveys.
  • Community Management: Support community management efforts to foster a collaborative environment
  • Prepare with the Citizen dev team the necessary workshops for the pre-qualification of new initiatives and projects

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Presentation: Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Learning: Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Teamwork: Ready to help and collaborate with team members.

 

Technical Skills:

 

  • Office 365
  • (optional) Adobe Pack
  • Basic experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Digital Content Creation
  • Event Management: Basic knowledge of event planning and organization.
  • Community Management: Understanding of community management principles.
