YOUR ROLE ?
The integration of CSR within CEVA requires that this strategic topic be understood and integrated in a pragmatic way by all of
the Group's employees and business lines. One key aspect is this can only be achieved by having CSR referents dedicated to it
as close as possible to local teams in order to:
- Understand the CSR challenges specific to them
- Take into account local CSR maturity levels
- Present and explain the CSR strategy to employees and local stakeholders
- Identify relevant CSR projects with local partners
- Strengthen our positive impact on local communities
The EU CSR Project Manager Sustainable Sites ensures that the Group’s CSR strategy for Sustainable Sites and employee
engagement is implemented, monitored and reported at regional level, in coordination with the different internal
stakeholders. He/she reports to the EU CSR Head.
The EU CSR Project Manager Sustainable Sites will primarily focus on environmental topics (decarbonization, energy, waste,
water, biodiversity) and coordinate these with the HSE, Real Estate and Procurement. He/she is the Single Point Of Contact
(SPOC) at regional level for country stakeholders on Sustainable Sites topics.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- Cover one regional group of countries and coordinate a CSR “Sustainable Sites” network with correspondents for data
provision and employee engagement in each country or cluster. Be the SPOC for the local correspondents.
- Collaborate with EU CSR head and the other EU project managers Sustainable Sites, to align regional CSR Sustainable
Sites approach with Group objectives
- Help countries translate Group CSR Sustainable Sites objectives into feasible and relevant actions.
- Help identify and prioritize most relevant CSR projects for the countries and the region.
- Help harmonize CSR tools & practices and share good practices across the region.
- Collaborate with all regional functional stakeholders such as HSE, real estate, procurement, as well as all the CEVA
products (CL, FVL, G&R, A&O, PL, CLL) to ensure CSR reporting accuracy and successful (timely and efficient) implementation of CSR projects Coordinate three main topics (the below may evolve over time)
- Quarterly CSR reporting: coordination of data collection & entry into Group tool, reporting to GHO, trend & rootcause analysis, preparation & participation to CSR audit sessions; data provided by HSE, procurement, real-estate
- Specific CSR projects: on topics including energy, water, waste, biodiversity; good practice sharing & scaling; linked to Group Green Goals & regional initiatives
- Engage for Good: network coordination; tool support; leveraging of Group initiatives & World/EU key CSR date
- Lead at least one transversal initiative for harmonization at regional level (the below are examples)
- common tools for data collection for CSR reporting
- common CSR KPIs & dashboards
- common platform for energy consumptions monitoring
- shared CSR repository
- Support training, ratings/labels and market watch
- Delivery of CSR training and communication
- Identification & obtention of 3rd party CSR ratings and labels, as well as industry collaborative initiatives - Market watch for key CSR regulation impacting the industry
- Back-up each-other with the other EU CSR Project Managers Sustainable Sites during Paid-Time-Of
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, environmental sciences, environmental management, engineering or sustainability
- Experience 5 or more years
- Experience in transport & logistics and in managing projects & working cross functionally
- Ability to manage spreadsheets, analyze data and to prepare impactful presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, inluence and assist in achieving objectives
- Fluency in English with ability to communicate clearly with individuals where English is a second language
