YOUR ROLE

 

As a Compliance and Support Employee, you will assist the technical application owner of the warehouse control system to ensure compliance with SOX regulations, providing Level 2 IT support, managing IT documentation, and coordinating changes within our warehouse management system (WM6) and automation equipment.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Compliance specialist:

 

  • Work with stakeholders to roll out process updates and monitor their impact
  • Keep work instructions and process documentation (e.g. SOPs) accurate and up to date
  • Publishing necessary materials.
  • During audits meeting, acts as the back-office person: preparing evidence for the meetings and realize requested reports.
  • Update and publish documentation relevant to WM6 applications and hardware. 

 

  • Change coordination in the Warehouse Management Systems:

 

  • Create and manage requests in the IRIS and JIRA systems.
  • Update and publish related documents and work instructions

 

 

  • Coordinate deployment and operational tests with the different stakeholders

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Proven experience in IT support, compliance, or related field, especially with applications management
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and team members.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and always strive for the best result.
  • Your documentation skills are on point!
  • You have excellent organizational skills and secure all aspects for start to finish
  • Fluency in English both written and oral is mandatory
