YOUR ROLE
Our aerospace operation team based in Dublin have an exciting opportunity for a highly focused and customer-centric Air Operations Coordinator to effectively execute the export of shipments to our customer contracts.
The shift pattern for that role is Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Aerospace Operations Manager you will work closely with a team of experienced logistic professionals, across all departments, to proactively meet and exceed customer expectations concerning the shipment of goods. You will act as the first point of contact for any escalated queries providing support on operational processes, queries, customer requests, and complaints.
You will be tasked with maintaining strong relationships with customers to update them on any delays in their shipment, whilst liaising with airline offices, both local and overseas, to ensure these delays are dealt with in a timely manner.
This role up to €38,000 per annum.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be considered for this role, you will need demonstrable experience working within an Air Export Operation with a key understanding of industry terminology and documentation.
You will need to be able to communicate effectively and be comfortable delivering information relating to shipment delays, issues, or payments. It is also essential that you have a strong level of comprehension regarding Microsoft Office.
You’ll need to be highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst adhering to tight timescales, able to think on your feet and problem-solve to provide workable solutions to customers.
