YOUR ROLE

 

We're on the lookout for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Dublin team! You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a warm and welcoming first impression while keeping things running smoothly at the front desk.

 

This is a Monday to Friday role 09:00-17:30 with some flexibility required.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

 

  • Welcome visitors and customers and manage incoming calls with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Provide first-line support for general inquiries from clients, staff, and suppliers.
  • Keep our reception area tidy, professional, and inviting.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, set-ups, and appointments.
  • Manage purchase orders and supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate tracking of invoices and delivery notes.
  • Handle office supplies, orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Support soft services, including post, security, cleaning, and maintenance coordination
  • Provide general admin support to managers and internal teams as needed

 

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with PO systems and supplier management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach
