Pay range: $66,024 - $82,530
YOUR ROLE
Act a key liaison between trade (Procurement) and GTM/CTM
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Provide competitive buying rates to existing and potential businesses.
• Work directly with trade and management to develop pricing and business development strategies to win new business and maximize profitability for CEVA
Specific Responsibilities
• Analyze RFPs received and review with procurement team
• Dispatch RFPs to ocean carriers to obtain ocean cost
• Gather and analyze received pricing from ocean carriers
• Review completed RFP with procurement for final sign-off prior to submitting to CTM/ GTM teams
• Perform and develop data analysis methodology to improve the overall understanding of large data sets used to facilitate risk assessments on RFPs.
• Analyze market conditions to help facilitate deal making and enable proactive guidance of the commercial organization to drive closing ratios and margin improvement
• Prepare pricing instructions, matrices and bid instructions for RFQs
• Resource for sea freight tenders and BD and USA pricing support
• Have a detailed understanding of agreed service levels, relevant KPI’s, and be closely
involved in the monitoring and delivery of agreed SLAs.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Degree holder in Business Administration / Economics / Logistics / Supply Chain or related disciplines.
- Preferably 2-3 years related experience and/or training.
- Knowledge of the ocean freight industry, with a min of 2 years’ experience is a plus
- Advanced/superior user in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to ability to work as part of a team and interface with others across all levels of the organization
- Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage time while delivering results in a dynamic business environment
Skills:
- Analytical and business process driven
- Fast-track our processes/procedures in analytics required for RFQs.
- Ability to integrate pricing tactics and drive process improvements
- Able to work in a matrix organization and in an international environment
- Flexible, driven, committed and result oriented
