YOUR ROLE

As a warehouse coordinator you will oversee the warehouse operation functions. Ensuring the smooth and efficient operational activities are managed in order to meet customer expectations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Oversee all functions including inbound, put away, picking, outbound and value add areas.
• Ensure the efficient and effective achievement of all operational targets and key performance indicators.
• Allocate work to all employees ensuring health & safety regulations are always adhered to.
• Train all staff within the operation to cover holiday, sickness and absence.
• Monitor, record and maintain responsibility for lateness and absenteeism, taking appropriate action within levels of authority.
• Maintain an active commitment to your direct reports to ensure future development.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, able to produce reports and experience managing and monitoring stock levels. We are looking for someone who goes that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and someone who has a real drive for best practice. You will have gained experience in developing and overseeing a small team with the ability to work within a pressurised environment.
