We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented C&B Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the Global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function by managing data, ensuring quality, and assisting with various compensation and benefits processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for precision, and a collaborative mindset.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Power BI Management
- Manage Power BI users, ensure data quality, and make necessary corrections.
- Create and maintain dashboards for reporting and analysis.
- Salary Surveys & Benchmarking
- Manage Mercer and other salary surveys, including data submission and analysis.
- Conduct salary benchmarking to support compensation decisions.
- Benefits Administration
- Provide administrative follow-up on employee benefits programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits-related tasks.
- Fair Wage Studies
- Conduct fair wage studies to ensure internal and external equity.
- Provide recommendations based on data findings.
- Remuneration Package Preparation
- Global HR compensation packages preparation for managerial levels and below.
- Ensure packages align with company policies and market standards.
- Support to Regional C&B Teams
- Provide data and analytical support to regional C&B teams.
- Collaborate on group-wide projects and initiatives.
- Data Quality & HRIS Management
- Track and ensure the quality of C&B-related data.
- Act as an interface between the C&B team and the group’s HRIS system.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, or related areas.
- Familiarity with salary surveys and payroll processes is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Experience with Power BI and HRIS systems is highly desirable.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
