YOUR ROLE
Manage and monitor end-to-end international vehicle logistics operations for Chinese OEM customers, ensuring seamless execution, visibility, and customer satisfaction across the entire supply chain from booking to final delivery.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Coordinate and oversee international vehicle transportation projects for Chinese OEM customers.
- Manage shipment movement from origin to destination, ensuring compliance with operational requirements and customer expectations.
- Monitor capacity allocation, booking status, vessel schedules, overseas operations team, delivery performance.
- Track and update shipment milestones, including booking, port operations, international transit, customs clearance, delivery, and unstuffing activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely information flow across multiple systems, online trackers, and reporting platforms.
- Follow SOPs and process shipments in accordance with both routing orders and ad-hoc customer requests, ensuring operational accuracy and service excellence.
- Manage supplier invoice reconciliation and payment requests.
- Handle project-related administrative activities, including documentation management, reporting, data maintenance, invoicing support, and stakeholder communications.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor degree or above
- International trade, supply chain management, automotive, business, English majors preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel advanced)
- Analytical and business process driven
- Ability to distance him/herself from current operational reality and to envision a future situation
- Ability to integrate tactics and drive process improvements
- Able to work in a matrix organization and in an international environment
- Overtime and occasional business trip are required according to business need
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented and multi-tasks processing
- Accept working in different time zone in peak seasons
- Active business development mindset
