For our location in Großbeeren near Berlin we are looking for a Process Engineer (m/f/d).
Unlike Business Process Excellence Engineers, in this specialized role you will support production as part of a team of process engineers and lean experts by planning, managing and implementing continuous improvement projects.
YOUR FUTHER ROLL:
- You will be jointly responsible for technical standards such as process flow charts, dashboards, time measurements and technical drawings.
- You will support the creation of feasibility analyses and business cases by analysing the current intralogistics processes, identifying bottlenecks and developing solutions to improve the overall efficiency of the fulfilment centre.
- You will support the project management in improvement projects in a specific area of the fulfilment centre and help to organise the project using standard documents such as project plan, stakeholder management etc.
- Ideally, you will already be able to apply the lean management philosophy to all your projects.
THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:
- Your basis is a degree in a STEM field (logistics, engineering, economics, industrial engineering or similar)
- Ideally, you will have gained initial experience in the fields of logistics/intralogistics or engineering.
- The application of project management methods and lean tools is nothing new to you, initial experience in agile management is an advantage.
- You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English in combination with other foreign language skills such as Polish.
- You have good knowledge of the common MS Office applications.
- You are characterised by strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented and communicative manner and you are a team player with a structured approach to solving complex situations.
- Your proactivity, independence and sense of responsibility round off your profile.
