For our location in Königs Wusterhausen near Berlin, we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Warehouse Logistics as soon as possible.

Your future tasks:

·        You will be the central point of contact for our shift supervisors regarding all operational matters and will actively support efficient workforce planning.

·        You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and organizing your team according to the daily schedule, ensuring smooth operational processes to achive the defined productivitty targets and KPIs.

·        You will lead the onbarding, instruction and ongoing training of employees to sustainably strengthen their professional skills and motivation. 

·        You will be the first point of contact for processes disruptions, mis-shipments or deiations and will actively contribute to the continous improvement of our warehouse and logistic processes. 

·        You will ensure compliance with all safety regulations and occupational health guidelines, playing a key role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment

This is what we want:

·       Ideally you have completed vocational training as a warehouse logistcs specialist or hold a comoarable qualification in warehouse management. 

·       You have already gained practical experience in warehouse logistics an inentory management. 

·       You hold a valid German forklift license and are proficient in the safe operation of forklifts and industrial trucks

·       You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written ( at least B2 level)

·       You have a good knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, and are familiar with various warehouse management systems (WMS)

·       You are willing to work in a two-shift system an be available up to two saturdays per month

·      You convince with your personal commitment, very good communication skills, as well as assertiveness and call a flexible, team-oriented and self-responsible way of working your own.

·        Your reliability and skillful management of company resources complement your profile.
