For our location in Großbeeren, we are looking for HR Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
YOUR FUTURE TASKS:
- You are responsible for preparing monthly payroll in compliance with labor contract, social security, and tax law requirements.
- You act as the contact person for colleagues and employees regarding tax, social security, and payroll-related issues.
- You maintain and update payroll-relevant data, including carrying out notifications and certifications.
- You prepare reports, statistics, and analyses for both internal and external purposes.
- You handle correspondence with offices, authorities, and health insurance companies.
- You assist in tax and social security audits, among other things.
- You are responsible for capturing and maintaining personnel movement and master data, as well as recording absences.
- You support tasks related to the company's global and local working instructions.
- You provide advice on company pension schemes and the taxation of company cars.
THIS IS WHAT WE WANT:
- You have professional experience or further training in the field of payroll accounting.
- You have knowledge of income tax, social security and labour law.
- Knowledge of LOGA/P&I is an advantage.
- You are experienced in dealing with MS Office applications.
- You work carefully, reliably and independently as well as responsibly.
- You bring the discretion required for the position.
- You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
