For our Location in Hamburg, we are looking for a Manager Aerospace Special Projects Germany (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTHER ROLL:

• Lead and develop the Special Projects team both professionally and disciplinarily
• Strategically advance project logistics within the aerospace sector
• Oversee and optimize complex transport processes (import/export)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international clients
• Negotiate transport conditions and prepare tailored quotations
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

• Completed commercial training in freight forwarding and logistics, ideally with further qualification (e.g. logistics specialist)
• Several years of experience in project logistics, especially in aerospace, heavy lift, or high-value transport
• Proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools
• Willingness to travel and a high degree of flexibility.
