Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations. |

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). Stay up to date on changes in accounting regulations and best practices. |

Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets. |

Reconcile all financial accounts for month-end closing and following up strictly timeline for Group period closing and Group Reporting. |

Lead, train, and mentor accounting staff to enhance performance and professional growth. |

Provide in-depth analysis of both operational and financial data to help align business processes and strategies with financial goals, and to evaluate progress toward those goals. |

Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory reports. Explain tax treatment of all company’s related activities and accounting policies to employee, vendors and clients. |

Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports, variance analysis and Ad-hoc business performance reporting |

Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within accounting operations. |
10 |
Coordinate and complete annual audits with internal and external auditors. |
11 |
Other duties as assigned. |
