Overseeing a broad array of financial affairs, including income, expenses, taxes, capital expenditures, investments, and financial statements.
Managing a team of accountants, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting organizational financial goals.
Assisting the Head of Finance on overseeing all daily finance and accounting related activities, maintaining accurate financial records and financial and management reporting.
This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to implement and maintain effective accounting practices.

1	Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
2	Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). Stay up to date on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
3	Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
4	Reconcile all financial accounts for month-end closing and following up strictly timeline for Group period closing and Group Reporting.
5	Lead, train, and mentor accounting staff to enhance performance and professional growth.
6	Provide in-depth analysis of both operational and financial data to help align business processes and strategies with financial goals, and to evaluate progress toward those goals.
7	Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory reports. Explain tax treatment of all company’s related activities and accounting policies to employee, vendors and clients.
8	Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports, variance analysis and Ad-hoc business performance reporting
9	Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within accounting operations.
10	Coordinate and complete annual audits with internal and external auditors.
11	Other duties as assigned.

	Essential
Education & Qualifications	University Graduated specifically in Accounting and Finance
Experience	At least 3 year experience in a similar role, more than 7 years in finance and accounting fields Experience developing financial reports and metrics. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
Specialist Knowledge	knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles Expert on ERP systems Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
