Ocean Operations Documentation Executive

YOUR ROLE

Ocean Operations Documentation Executive is responsible for set of Documentation of export shipments from Viet Nam. This position will be first contact for Bill of Lading/ Export Manifest and Invoice. Moreover, This position also work closely with Procurement & Pricing/ Customer Service Department to maintain a profitable gross yield

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Submitting Shipping Instruction/ VGM to Ocean Master Carrier/Coloader
• Issuing Bill of Lading/ FCR/ Invoice based on CEVA’s Global Compliance
• Filling Export Manifest for shipments to JP/US/MX/CA/SA
• Closing shipment’s PnL
• Solving customer’s problem relating Documentation/ Export Manifest/ PnL
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field
• Having experience in ocean freight/ ocean services
• Good at customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English
