The role is based in India.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The IT Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
> Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full-scale project plans.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project budget.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Quality assurance.
• Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Lead multiple scrum teams – coach, mentor and enable them to meet planned sprint goals
• Lead project teams in a matrix organization and ensure teams are aligned on project delivery
• Adopt the requirement changes from the business and enable the teams to deliver them rapidly
• Provide direction and support to project teams and enable them as a self-organized team in a volatile project environment
• Be an Agile mindset to adopt the dynamics in the project portfolio
• Act as a consultant for other scrum teams as a SCRUM Master when demand
• Integrate with PMO by adhering Organization policies and project governance

Knowledge & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
