Global Internal Control Intern - La Defense

MISSION:

Reporting to the Internal Control Director, you will actively participate in monitoring assignments as part of the annual internal control plan and contribute to the development and implementation of Internal Control on a global scale.
In direct contact with financial and operational directors of entities, regional internal controllers, and internal auditors, your main responsibilities will include:

- Participating in the annual self-assessment campaign of key controls and assisting various entities in implementing corrective actions to address major deficiencies;

- Participating in specific internal control review assignments and supporting the implementation of audit recommendations;

- Contributing to second-level controls in accordance with the internal control schedule;

- Contributing to management reporting;

- Participating in drafting internal control policies and procedures.

PROFILE:

This 6-month internship, based in La Défense, will allow you to explore control activities within an international group. You will interact with experts from various company departments and Operational Directors of subsidiaries.

- Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bachelor’s +4/5) from a Business School, university program, or IEP, ideally specializing in Internal Audit, Internal Control, and/or Risk Management, you are seeking a 6-month internship.

- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and possess strong writing skills. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

- Required skills: Curiosity, rigor, organizational skills, ability to work independently, ethical and professional integrity, analytical and synthesis skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

- English proficiency is essential.
