MITARBEITER (m/w) ZOLL / CUSTOMS AGENT

Sie sind Experte im Bereich Zoll? Tragen Sie als Zollspezialist maßgeblich zur Abwicklung im Import- und Exportverfahren bei Ceva Air&Ocean bei.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung sämtlicher Import- und Exportzollverfahren
• Überwachung und Kontrolle der Zollgenehmigungen und -dokumente von CEVA gemäß den AEOF-Anforderungen
• Verfolgung der Änderungen des Steuer- und Zollrechts
• Kommunikation mit dem Zollamt und anderen Behörden
• Durchführung von Intrastat- Meldungen
• Überwachung der Steuererklärungen für die indirekte Vertretung
• Bericht und Überwachung der Zollvollmachten
• Verwaltung des CDMS-Systems
• Organisation der AEO-Audits

WEN SUCHEN WIR? 

• Abgeschlossen Ausbildung (HAK mit Schwerpunkt Spedition, HTL Logistik, Speditionskauffrau/mann)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Zollabwicklung für Import, Export und Transit
• Gute Englischkenntnisse, da Unternehmenssprache
• Berufs­erfahrung aus einer vergleich­baren Funktion
• Know-how über nationale und inter­nationale Zoll­vorschriften
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

Wir bieten ein attraktives und leistungsbezogenes Gehalt, das sich an der Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert und das für diese Position über dem Kollektivvertrag liegen kann (KV-Minimum auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung ist EUR 3.254,00 brutto pro Monat).
