Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
1    Develop CEVA market share and profitability through customer operations across the network
2    Develop and implement the sales action plan aligned with sector strategy
3    Review CEVA performance and quality indicators that have been contracted with customers
4    Collaborates with the Global Account Manager/Regional Account Manager to steer and improve the performance of key accounts
5    Deliver the country's budget by maintaining a healthy pipeline, good contractual performance, and proactive thinking
6    Plan and manage portfolio of accounts.
7    Manage the relationship of a defined number of key accounts in the assigned sector
8    Seek and prospect for new targets to get new customers and/or business (network/locally decided)
9    Ensures the key accounts activities are aligned with global/regional sector strategy
10    Lead direct actions with identified customer’s interlocutors
11    Define operational and pricing procedures and exercise authority over networks/agencies to have them applied
12    Plan monthly/quarterly customer business reviews (MBR/QBRs)
13    Ensure high-quality management monitoring and reporting (Sales Call Activity, Pipeline, QM/DMP quote…)
14    Collect relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepare documents for customer implementation to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations (SOP & SLAs)
15    Coordinates with Customer Operations Support (COS), Sales Support (CSS), and International Freight Forwarding Operations (IFFO) on account planning, customer inquiries, business reviews, etc.
16    Lead global tenders and participate in sign-off with respective Country Product Heads, Country BD A&O Head, and Country A&O Head
17    Design and present global tenders to customers with supporting CEVA functions and expertise
18    Call on corporate steering committee to arbitrate financial, sales, or operations disputes linked to international contract management
19    Participate in customer claims discussions. Ensures that cargo claims of customers are monitored, cascaded to concerned BU and to assist in the closure of claim until settlement
20    Monitors DSO performance of assigned accounts and participates in SOA issues & resolution
21    Collaborate and provide solutions and support to CEVA IFFO, COS, CES, Ground & Rail (G&R) and Contract Logistics (CL) as required
22    Assist Implementation Manager to establish customer SOP/SLA/Contracts/Customer profile (customer KPI expectations, requirements)
23    Assist Implementation Manager together with Sector Lead and Regional KAM to articulate and deploy SOPs/SLAs
24    Collaborate with Implementation Manager in the monitoring of KPI/SLA agreement
25    Assist Implementation Manager, Sector Lead together with local Kam and Regional KAM to share SOPs / customer profile to IFFO,  solutions, and updating in coordination with COS.
26    Collate, update, and maintain the Account Dashboard for review/reporting
27    Share and implement account objectives & best practices across APAC
28    Rate/Quotations related functions:
    a)    Review, understand and analyze the Request for Quotations (RFQs) requirement of customer
    b)    Secure competitive buying rates from Tender/Procurement, operations, and CEVA networks
    c)    Provide support to the Customer Sales Support (CSS) in the preparation, review and updating of customer rate/quotations (validity) and provide cost estimates to customer based on offered rates and estimate volume of shipments
    d)    Assist Customer Sales Support in ensuring timely creation of proposals, and timely submission to the customer
    e)    Assist Customer Sales Support (CSS) in the follow up of rates proposal status submitted to the customer
    f)    Understand the usage and process of internal systems (DMP, CVIEW, My CEVA, CW1) and other systems that may be linked to the reporting needs of the customer
    g)    Assist in the Local, Regional and network rates negotiations as required by the customer. 
    h)    Assist Implementation Manager in the proper hand-over of approved customer rates to COS, IFFO, and CES and Billing, Contract Logistics (CL) and Ground & Rail (G&R) prior shipment execution
    i)    Assist IFFO in the DN / billing validation received from CEVA networks, as may be required
