For our location in Königs Wusterhausen near Berlin, we are looking for a Key User (m/f/d) WMS as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTURE TASKS:

·        You will communicate with various stakeholders such as warehouse operations management, end users and the IT department to ensure optimal system utilization.

·        You will analyze and plan IT systems from an operational perspective and provide support for minor functional improvements.

·        You will carry out performance analyses and derive targeted process changes as well as work instructions for the IT department.

·        You regularly exchange information about ongoing and planned IT projects, including upgrades and hardware/software installations.

·        You will advise users and conduct training if necessary to optimize system utilization. 

THIS IS WHAT WE WANT:

·        You have relevant experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse logistics specialist and have practical experience in dealing with information systems and technologies.

·        You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken.

·        You have good MS Office user skills, especially in Excel.

·        Ideally, you have already been able to gain knowledge of merchandise management systems.

·        You convince with your independent and professional thinking and acting as well as your decision-making skills.

·        Your willingness to learn, reliability, ability to work in a team and your personal flexibility round off your profile.
