YOUR ROLE

 

We are seeking an experienced and proactive WMS Superuser to join our dynamic business process excellence team. In this pivotal role, you will support users, troubleshoot system issues, deliver training, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse operation.

 

This is a national role, and as such, you can be based anywhere within the UK. Regular travel to various sites will be an essential part of the position

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

You will be a key part of the BPE function within our Contract Logistics Warehousing division. Your mission will be to become a true expert in the WMS Matrix system, providing critical support to our Business Development (BD), Solution Design (SD), and Operational teams.

 

You will play a leading role in:

 

  • Supporting bid specification, system creation, and implementation activities.
  • Conducting Functional Assessments to ensure optimal system deployment.
  • Assisting operational teams with new business start-ups and implementations.
  • Assesses which WMS solution is the best fit, which option packs are required & identify gaps.
  • Identifying, developing, and training a network of embedded Key Users across the UK, building a sustainable and growing WMS Superuser capability within the UKIN cluster.

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Proven experience working as a WMS Superuser, System Analyst, or similar role within a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of WMS platforms preferably Blue Yonder.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
