Main Activities Required of the New Resource:
1.    Customer deadline management - Close monitoring of timing related to vehicle assignments by customers, in order to avoid service failures or delays.
2.    Operational planning and reporting - Detailed organization of daily, weekly, and monthly workloads, including the preparation of reports to support activities.
3.    Workload balancing - Coordination of operational tasks to ensure an even distribution of workload across all loading yards.
4.    Management of operational issues - Direct interface with the department manager to promptly address any critical issues that may arise during daily operations.
5.    Urgency handling - Ability to respond quickly to client requests, ensuring continuity and quality of service.
