YOUR ROLE
Planning and implementing recruitment and selection processes and implementing HR policy in line with the Group's strategy and policy.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Analyze recruitment needs and conduct active recruitment activities (within contract logistics)
- Prepare, together with the Manager ordering recruitment, a profile of the sought-after Candidate
- Edit and publish recruitment advertisements
- Conduct job interviews and recommend selected Candidates
- Cooperate with Temporary Employment Agencies in acquiring collaborators (establishing cooperation assumptions)
- Coordinate employee's employment process (documents, contract, H&S etc.)
- Support managers in the process of introducing new employees, integration and internships
- Update HR systems
- Support employees in communication of processes (employment, benefits), preparation of salary certificates etc.
- Check the expiry dates for medical health checks and H&S trainings
- Support conduction and coordination of trainings and workshops within given CEVA policy
- Participate in local / central HR projects
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Min 2 years of experience in recruiting for low and mid-level positions
- University degree
- Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office package
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Strong communication skills, flexibility.
