YOUR ROLE

Planning and implementing recruitment and selection processes and implementing HR policy in line with the Group's strategy and policy.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Analyze recruitment needs and conduct active recruitment activities (within contract logistics)
• Prepare, together with the Manager ordering recruitment, a profile of the sought-after Candidate
• Edit and publish recruitment advertisements
• Conduct job interviews and recommend selected Candidates
• Cooperate with Temporary Employment Agencies in acquiring collaborators (establishing cooperation assumptions)
• Coordinate employee's employment process (documents, contract, H&S etc.)
• Support managers in the process of introducing new employees, integration and internships
• Update HR systems
• Support employees in communication of processes (employment, benefits), preparation of salary certificates etc.
• Check the expiry dates for medical health checks and H&S trainings
• Support conduction and coordination of trainings and workshops within given CEVA policy
• Participate in local / central HR projects

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Min 2 years of experience in recruiting for low and mid-level positions
• University degree
• Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office package
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Strong communication skills, flexibility.
