Perform the day-to-day responsibilities of staff & resources management, including coordinating work schedules and assigning tasks and projects.  Regular pre-shift and process review with all warehouse, conduct meeting regarding KPI’s update.

Regular meeting with client’s key personnel regarding operational issues or other related to warehouse & operations.

Periodic meeting with Subcontractors liaises with trucking rates, work corroboratively, determine and manage the issues that will arise.

Periodic interfacing with the Finance, and assist or make the actual collection of accounts, if needed on due time

Occasional meeting with other department heads about sales, purchasing, maintenance and record control, so the warehouse activities remain coordinated and running smoothly.

Monthly management meeting with the other HOD’s.
