International Tax Trainee - GHO Tax, Marseille 

Job Purpose :

The Headquarter of CEVA Logistics in Marseille is looking for its next Tax Trainee! Discover the organization of the tax function in a top five major logistics player worldwide. Participate in the daily tasks of an International Tax Lawyer and gain experience in complex tax matters.

Key Accountabilities : 

• Assist the entire team in managing all tax-related issues (direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing, restructurings, etc.)
• Conduct legal and tax research
• Prepare email drafts, technical notes, memos and presentations
• Assist the team with various tax projects

Knowledge, Experience & Skills : 

• Master's degree in tax 
• Bar qualification (qualified attorney/lawyer), LLM abroad (a plus)
• Experience in corporate Finance (a plus)
• Other internships in corporations and/or law firms
• Internship in an English/American law firm. Experience in another country in an international environment (a plus)
• Tax law and international tax principles. English full proficiency
• French proficiency is a plus but not required. Other languages are a plus
• Team capability, interpersonal and service-oriented skills
• Excellent technical expertise Customer focus
