YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will lead transformation initiatives across CEVA’s support functions (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, etc.). Acting as a strategic partner to the executive leadership, you will shape and implement more efficient operating models aligned with the Group’s performance ambitions. As a member of the Transformation Office leadership team, you will work in a highly international and matrixed environment, with direct exposure to both functional and product leaders.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

-> Your main responsibilities include:

1. Strategic steering of transformation initiatives

Define target operating models and lead structuring projects across all support functions.

Design transformation roadmaps and associated dashboards to monitor progress and impact.

Ensure alignment with business priorities and support decision-making at executive level.

2. Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement

Act as key interface with functional leaders and product heads, participating in weekly management meetings.

Negotiate resource allocations, priorities and expected savings with function owners.

Drive engagement, clarity and accountability across cross-functional project teams.

3. Implementation oversight and performance monitoring

Oversee execution of transformation plans and ensure delivery against objectives.

Contribute to the definition of organizational changes when relevant, in coordination with functional leaders.

Track and report on performance indicators to support continuous improvement.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • With 10 years of experience in transformation, including a background in organizational consulting, you bring strong exposure to support functions.
  • You have a sound financial acumen, enabling you to build credible and actionable value creation plans.
  • You are comfortable navigating complex, matrixed, and international organizations.
  • You have demonstrated ability to lead through influence, interact with C-level stakeholders, and drive alignment in cross-functional settings.
  • You are fully fluent in English, both written and spoken.
