Based at CEVA Logistics’ global headquarters and reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer’s team, you will be responsible for the operational rollout of high-impact organizational transformation projects. Building on diagnoses already conducted, your role is to implement change management actions in close coordination with business teams, HR, communications, and local leadership. You will ensure smooth, structured, and consistent execution of transformation initiatives in a demanding, fast-paced, and international environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
-> Your responsibilities are structured around three key areas:
1. Structuring and leading deployment activities
Develop deployment plans and translate them into concrete, field-adapted actions.
Coordinate all stakeholders involved to ensure controlled execution aligned with strategic goals.
2. Supporting teams through transformation
Oversee the implementation of change management actions: communication, training, engagement, and on-the-ground support.
Act as a point of contact for operational teams, ensuring clarity, continuity, and responsiveness.
3. Monitoring execution and managing impacts
Establish performance indicators and provide regular reporting on progress and risks.
Identify potential friction points and adjust actions with stakeholders to support adoption and mitigate risks.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have at least 8 years of experience leading transformation and change implementation projects, either in-house or in consulting.
You are proficient in change management tools and methodologies, and can adapt them pragmatically to operational contexts.
You are structured, hands-on, and able to operate effectively in sensitive and complex environments.
You demonstrate diplomacy, professional maturity, and strong transversal leadership.
Previous exposure to the supply chain or industrial sectors is a strong advantage.
As a global organization, and as part of the CMA CGM Group, diversity is critical to our business success; only when we can reflect the cultures, languages, behaviors and local knowledge of our customers, we can succeed. By employing people with different experiences and abilities, we expand our knowledge and increase our creativity and innovation.
