YOUR ROLE

As part of a strategic program aimed at improving company performance and reducing our cost base, CEVA Logistics is recruiting a Project Manager to lead the tracking and coordination of the company initiative across all support functions (Finance, HR, IT, Business Development, and other support functions).

This position is strategic to the overall success of CEVA Logistics’ global transformation program.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting directly to the Transformation Program Lead (who reports to the Chief Transformation Officer, a member of the Executive Committee), you will be responsible for:

  • Leading coordination with business unit leaders involved in the program;
  • Establishing and running the corresponding framework (committees, steering routines, information flow);
  • Defining, tracking, and updating KPIs to monitor performance and progress;
  • Creating and maintaining a detailed work plan and ensuring timely delivery;
  • Producing regular progress reports, flagging risks, and proposing corrective actions;
  • Helping to instill a culture of simplification, efficiency, and rigor across involved teams.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • At least 8 years of professional experience, ideally within logistics/supply chain, including 3 to 4 years in strategy consulting, project management consulting or other major company transformation programs;
  • Proven track record managing complex projects, ideally in international and matrix environments;
  • Ability to build dashboards with performance KPIs, to ensure regular tracking, and to take necessary actions accordingly
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize effectively, and a rigorous mindset;
  • Proficiency with project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, PMO tools);
  • Fluency in English is required;
  • Knowledge of logistics or supply chain challenges would be a plus.
