YOUR ROLE


We’re seeking a Sustainability Officer to lead our environmental reporting processes and support strategic sustainability initiatives. This role is key to ensuring CEVA meets its regulatory obligations while actively reducing carbon emissions across our operations.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


Specifically, you will:

 

  • Manage AASB S2 AU-compliant sustainability reporting, including flash and customer-specific reports
  • Consolidate and verify sustainability data from various departments for robust reporting outcomes
  • Support projects like LEED certification and company-wide carbon reduction strategies
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders as the go-to advisor on sustainability matters
  • Use sustainability platforms (e.g., EcoTransIT) and analytics tools to deliver data-driven insights
  • Stay up to date on climate reporting standards and promote knowledge sharing internally.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 


Our ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with a passion for sustainability, and has:

 

  • A tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Sustainability or similar field
  • Experience in sustainability, energy, or waste management reporting
  • Advanced data analysis and environmental reporting skills
  • Experience with climate-related financial disclosures (desirable)
  • Knowledge of carbon emissions frameworks and sustainability software platforms (desirable)


In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
