YOUR ROLE

The warehouse clerk, also known as a logistics preparer, is responsible for receiving and preparing products for delivery and storage in a company warehouse.He/she receives, processes and organizes products in stock in the warehouse, and implements, according to schedule, delivery or pick-up operations in the warehouse, in addition to maintaining receipts, registers and withdrawals.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Grouping products for an order,

 Checking the conformity of products received and delivered,

 Loading onto the transport vehicle,

 Labeling items and cartons,

 Inventory management: control of product rotation, checking availability, procurement from suppliers, tidying, cleaning, inventory,

 monitoring of stock software for products received or issued,

 participation in stock inventories,

 routing of parcels to dispatch, storage or production area,

 packaging, simple assembly, wrapping,

 up keep, maintenance and cleaning of warehouse materials and equipment.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

-  A good knowledge of all the products listed in the company's stock.

-  the ability to read and interpret order tracking documents, barcodes and purchase orders.

- Use of industrial trucks.

- Mastery of inventory management software.

- Use of barcode scanners.

- Driver's license if required to operate pallet trucks or forklift trucks.

- This position requires candidates with a minimum of two years' experience in warehouse management or stock control.
