YOUR ROLE


The primary purpose of the role is to work alongside the CEVA Cambodia team, leading Customer Services and Front Office activities ensuring we maintain a high level of services for our customers.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Direct report to Head of Business Development - Air & Ocean

 

Customer Relationship & Outside Sales

 

  • Searching and screening for new business from customers lists, local and oversea sales-leads and technique.
  • Implementing new business strategies to expand existing customer base and to secure target prospects.
  • Coordinating with overseas offices / agents on customer's requirements.   
  • Create and maintain good relationship with Customers to achieve target.
  • Daily correspondence and communication with customers and network.
  • Create new sales leads and follow up on S/L supplied by our Network.
  • Update on weekly sales report. (Sales activity, Quotation upload, traffic created).
  • Complying with Quality Management System to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
  • C Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
  • Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors
  • Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
  • Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
  • Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
  • Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team
  • coordinate and communicate with Sales support for issuing quotations, appointments etc.

QHSE & Compliance

 

  • Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
  • Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
  • Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
  • Ensure compliance to the CEVA’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
  • Ensure to understanding and implementation on CEVA’s Value in daily work behaviors

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business management or related field.  
  • 1- or 2-years’ experience in FFWD or other fields like Sales & Marketing
  • Can speak Khmer and English. Chinese (not compulsory but an advantage)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communication precisely and effectively
  • Self-motivated, takes initiatives, driven and result-oriented
  • Excellent communication / Well organized / team player
  • Analytical meticulous customer-focused mindset
