YOUR ROLE

 

The Europe Communications and Marketing Director will develop, lead, and implement CEVA’s strategic global communications, marketing and corporate strategy for all stakeholders from customers to employees. He/She oversees media relations, crisis management, internal communications, executive communications, corporate brand marketing, social/digital media, marketing communications, marketing intelligence, digital campaign, customer communication, thought leadership. This role both develops and implement world-class and innovative communications and marketing efforts that serve to drive the business strategy.

In this position you will build and reinforce CEVA Logistics brand awareness image and reputation in Europe, contribute to position the company as a business leader. You will deploy the internal communication program aimed at strengthening the employer information, employer brand and the group culture. You will build and coordinate a growth focused annual marketing strategy in support of the BD Business Plan for Air & Ocean, Ground & Rail, Contract Logistics, Finished Vehicles and Project Logistics, across numerous sectors. And finally, you will lead deployment of global actions and manage European-wide projects with a team of Regional Heads of Communications & Marketing.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING PLAN
• Strategy, objectives, action plan and annual budget at Europe and country levels level by integrating Business Development and management needs and the deployment of Global and Regional projects
• Implementation of actions and regular review in close relation with Europe BD and Management stakeholders

EXTERNAL EVENTS
• Annual plan of events (trade shows and customers events)
• Organization of CEVA participation in events (booth design, communications plan, sales setup)
• Post-event assessment: number of business meetings, sales leads, opportunities

 

DIGITAL & CUSTOMER MARKETING
• Digital marketing campaigns (awareness and lead generation campaigns): email marketing, social media, SEO/SEA, campaign performance and lead management
• New offerings launch: roll-out of global offers roadmap, identification of success stories, multi-channel campaigns, support to Business Development
• Sales enablement: company presentations, case studies, country / sites profiles (flyers, sales decks, videos…)

EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
• Social media & Digital Reputation (LinkedIn posts…)
• PR/ Media relations: Interviews, News releases & Press Kits, Press + VIP visits
• Awards and ranking in coordination with Global communications
• Ferrari partnership: hospitality on nominated F1 GP
• Branding (property branding, internal signage…)

 

MANAGERIAL & EMPLOYEES COMMUNICATIONS
• Internal information (emailing, newsletter, interview, video, news, docs library…)
• Employee engagement programs, messaging and campaigns
• Local management support to engage employees on CEVA global, and local priorities.
• Support for the organization of Internal Events

• Editorial content: MySociabble (employee social media): news collection and editing

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism
  • + 10 years experience combining Internal Communication, Engagement, Marketing Communications / Journalism at regional or international scale
  • International & matrix environment
  • Fluent English and French mandatory
  • Ability to work within a large international organization
  • Proactive
  • Budgetary control
  • Strong interpersonal & networking skills
